Cancellation Policy

Events, Video, Portraits & Creative Sessions Retainer & Booking: A 20% non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been paid. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you choose to cancel your session, the 20% retainer is forfeited. Rescheduling is allowed once at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours may require a new retainer depending on availability and project scope. Project Scope & Accuracy: All session details - including location, duration, number of subjects, and project type - must be accurate at the time of booking. If the scope of the session changes, additional fees may apply. Preparation & Timeliness: Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their session. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time or require rescheduling, and additional fees may apply.
