Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling and Cancellation: Rescheduling or cancelling your photoshoot session is free of charge, provided that the reschedule or cancellation request is communicated to our office by 11:59 pm the day before the scheduled photoshoot. A $49.00 Same‑day Cancellation fee will be assessed for reschedule/cancellation requests received on the day of the scheduled photoshoot session, given that no prior notice was provided. Pricing & Accuracy: All booking details must accurately reflect the property. If the square footage, services selected, or scope of the home differ from what was booked, the order will be adjusted on‑site and priced according to the correct tier. This ensures accurate pricing and allows us to deliver the appropriate number of photos for the size of the home. Confirmation & Preparation: By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge receipt of and agree to the Preparation Checklist. The property must be photo‑ready at the scheduled time. If the home is not ready upon arrival, the shoot may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled, and a fee may apply.
